1. My dog has a big yard. Do I still need to walk my dog?

Answer: Yes. Dogs love to walk. When walking with your dog it should always be a structured walk.

2. Do I need to be a Pack Leader to my dog?

Answer: Yes. Since dogs are pack animals, they require a Pack Leader.

3. Do both my husband and I need to be our dogs Pack Leader.

Answer: Yes... and if there are children in the family, they too need to be a Pack Leader.

4. Is there more then one type of aggression in a dog?

Answer: Yes. There are 4 main categories. Dominance, Possessive, Fear and Protective
These 4 are then divided into subcategories.

5. Which aggression is most common?

Answer: Fear

6. Which aggression is the most common cause of dog bites in children?

Answer: Fear

7. What age group is most likely to be bitten?

Answer: 5 - 14 years of age

8. Is clicker training a good idea?

Answer: Yes. Clickers make a very unique sound, that helps the dog associate that sound with a reward.

9. Is it hard to teach a dog to come to the sound of a whistle?

Answer: No. Whistle training is similar to clicker training. When they respond to the sound in the appropriate manner they are rewarded.

10. Are dogs ever to old to learn new things?

Answer: No. Dogs are capable of learning new things at any age.
